RSS and CHL News Feeds
April 29, 2004

RSS is a format for syndicating news and the content of web sites. Most anything that can be broken down into discrete items can be syndicated via RSS.

To make use of RSS content you need an RSS-aware program, called an aggregator. There are many variations available. A news aggregator can help you keep up with all your favorite RSS enabled websites by checking their RSS feeds and displaying new items from each of them.

For more information, and to find a reader, perform a web search for "RSS Reader".
